We had Precision Comfort Systems, Inc. install a new Carrier furnace and AC on Wednesday, September 20th. While we haven’t yet used our furnace, we are enjoying our new AC.

As seniors, who have replaced a furnace and AC in the past, and have dealt with numerous home related companies, so far, dealing with your company has been a very positive experience.

Your sales rep. Jerry, took a lot of time with us, answered our many questions over a several weeks period, and explained thoroughly, the product choices, and features, to best fit our specific needs. We never felt pressured to purchase something we did not need, or rushed into a hasty decision. We did get other bids, but rejected those because of quite opposite experiences. One can tell that Jerry knows furnaces and air conditioning, and takes the time to explain, in detail, in terms a lay person understands. We even received a follow up satisfaction call after the job was done. He notified us about the rebate instructions, also discussing another question we had regarding the thermostat red alert light.

Installers Brandon and Matt, arrived on time, knew in advance, our unique job requirements, were very professional, worked hard all day in very hot conditions, and took care to keep our home clean.

Originally, we got your company’s name from a friend, another pleased customer, and we will pass it along to our neighbors as well. Satisfied customers do that, while unhappy ones share that as well.

Employees represent the company, and we wanted to let you know, in our opinion, Jerry, Brandon, Matt and measurement person, Chris, did Precision Comfort proud. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, fairness, and true knowledge is sometimes rare, and we wanted to commend them.
