You are so right about having work done propery. Our current home we had to have the contractor replace the unit twice due to incorrect transition ductwork and improper installation of the unit. Less than a year latter they had to replace the condenser coil due to a hole. We are currently renovating a 1930 which will need new HVAC and we are interested in geothermal. Please contact me.
