To our Customers, Trade Allies and friends of Precision Comfort Systems

Precision Comfort Systems is following the development of the emerging coronavirus (COVID-19) closely and want you to know of our concern for the safety of you and your family. We are also doing all we can to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. Here are some of the actions that we are taking to keep you and our employees safe.

Prior to coming to work each day, we are asking our employees to take a personal health self-assessment, which includes the following questions:
Do any of the following currently apply to you?

• Fever greater than 99.1°F?

• Respiratory symptoms, dry cough or shortness of breath, headache, muscle aches and pains, chills, sore throat or other unexplained severe illness accompanied by a fever?

• Possible contact (within 6 feet) of symptomatic individuals or those who have come in contact with the virus?

If our employees answer yes to any of the above, they are being asked to self-quarantine for 14 days, and they cannot return to work until the risk has passed.
Likewise, please let us know if any of the above apply to you and we can assess how to serve you best, keeping in mind everyone’s safety and health.

Your Health and Safety is our Top Priority. For this reason, Precision Comfort Systems has also implemented new protocols for our field personnel.

Service and Installation: We will practice current social distancing guidelines when we are in your home. While we value face-to-face conversations about your HVAC system, if you prefer, someone can follow-up by phone after our service or installation in your home is complete. Simply write your phone number on a piece of paper and ask our technician to have someone follow up by phone.

New system replacement meetings: If you prefer, our experienced Sales Consultants can give you several options and very close estimates over the phone and by email. The more information about your current system you can send us, the better. (Model numbers, photos, changes needed, etc.) More information will allow for a closer estimate. Be advised that prior to installation, a representative will need to visit for actual measurements and other notes.

Scheduling phone call protocol: When we schedule your appointment for service or new system installation, please understand we are obligated to ask you some questions so we know best how to restore the heating or cooling for your home. Our scheduling team will ask: Have you or anyone that lives/works with you traveled outside of our country in the past 2 weeks? Do you or anyone that lives/works with you have a fever or shortness of breath? Have you or anyone that lives/works with you been around anyone that tested positive for Coronavirus?

As national directives from appropriate health officials change, we will modify our procedures accordingly.

Thank you for your business. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we all experience this unprecedented health event.
