I just wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for your company and the service they have provided. Precision Comfort installed a dehumidifier in our basement several years ago. When I discovered this Spring that it was not working you sent serviceman Harry right out. When he discovered that the unit was not working properly he worked on our behalf to have the entire unit replaced under warranty. We didn’t have to fight for the replacement, it was just the right thing to do and Harry made sure it got done. I am so pleased with the level service you provided. I will always use Precision Comfort for all my heating, cooling and dehumidifying needs and would highly recommend them to others. They stand by the products they sell.
