“In a world where it’s sometimes hard to trust businesses, what a great result and experience.”

One of my two geothermal systems in my home was not cooling properly. I called Precision (who I’ve used for many years) and they came out for a service call. The technician explained that we were very low on refrigerant which likely meant we had a leak in the condensing coil (which would be ~$2,000 to replace). He “charged” the unit and told us to call them back if we started having trouble again. A few weeks later it quit cooling. I called Precision back out fully expecting to spend $2000. After spending a couple hours troubleshooting the problem, he fixed the unit for a little under $200. In a world where it’s sometimes hard to trust businesses, what a great result and experience I had with Precision. THANK YOU for your honesty and integrity.
