New Construction Installer

Job Description

The New Construction Installer will be an experienced crew leader in our new home HVAC system fabrication and installation. The qualified candidate will oversee the installation of sophisticated comfort system components in new, large residential structures. Must have experience in multiple duct fabrication materials, especially sheet metal. Previous installation experience at some level is important. 

Qualified candidates will manage all phases of residential HVAC and new home installation.  Additionally, the person will be responsible for material management, coordination with other mechanical trades, and implementing the design layout.

Job requirements include using power tools, reading blueprints, fabricating sheet metal duct components, safe ladder use, lifting, and other labor activities typical in new home construction. System installation locations will be all parts of a home, including crawl spaces and attics.

Salary: $30,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
